Please note we are open to the public until 5:00. You have official access at 5:00 p.m. but guests are not allowed to arrive until 5:30. We recommend you do not tell guests to arrive until 6:00.

5 hours, but the bar is only open for 4 hours. Here is our typical timeline:

5:30 - 10:30 venue access

6:00 - 10:00 open bar

We can adjust this time 30 minutes later if needed, but not 30 minutes earlier as we are still open until 5pm.

We will not extend the time past 11:00pm or extend the bar more than 4 hours. You are allowed to start the bar at 7:00 - 11:00 if you want to party that late at night.

No, you are responsible for providing your own planner for the event. We will have a manager and other staff on hand to help, but your planner is responsible for coordinating the flow of your reception.

Vendors can make arrangements with our Event Manager to drop items off at a scheduled time. We are open to the public/other events until 5pm. No decorating can start until 5:30pm.

We will send you a template, but this is for you and your planner to decide.

We will do the cleaning, but you are responsible for removing all decorations if you want to keep them.

Consider us an outdoor venue. We have garage doors and ceiling fans and overhead heaters. We do NOT have air conditioning in the main dinning area. If there is inclement weather we will close the garage doors and everything will be inside.
