Cancellation Policy

The renter is fully responsible for the physical condition of the rented grounds/facilities and is responsible for all damage to the property or loss sustained by Boonies Farm caused by the renter or his/her guests. This includes any damages to the property, building, furnishings, equipment, other rental items, etc. The expenses resulting from any damage or undue maintenance will be charged to the renter. Failure to meet any obligations within 30 days of billing will be cause for cancellation of future privileges and for legal action including all expenses and attorney fees and court costs incurred by Boonies Farm for collection. The renter is responsible for following and enforcing all rules and regulations of Boonies Farm including, but not limited to the following: RULES AND REGULATIONS PARKING: Vehicles are not allowed outside of the designated parking area. Vehicles may only enter the gated areas for loading and unloading during setup and teardown. TRASH: All trash must be removed from the trash bins and securely tied, placed together in one area to be disposed of by Boonies Farm. CLEAN-UP: All decorations, signs, and other items brought on site for the event must be removed and the facilities and grounds returned to their pre-rental condition prior to the end of rental. PROHIBITED Smoking in any structures, tents, trails or farm park areas No outside alcohol is to be brought onto the premises Animals off leash Nails, tacks, staples, glue Glitter or confetti Tape on farm tables and chairs PAYMENT Reservation is secured with full payment. CANCELLATIONS In order for a cancellation to be processed and monies refunded, a written cancellation must be submitted to Boonies Farm within the following time frame: 31 days or more notice prior to reserved date: 100% refund 0-30 days notice: NO refund Cancellations require a $25 processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the overall refund. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY Our venue and farm are open rain or shine, and we believe a little weather can add to the adventure! However, the safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of hazardous weather conditions- such as lightning, high winds or severe storms - we may postpone or cancel activities for your safety. If this occurs, we're happy to offer you the option to reschedule your visit or receive a voucher for future use.
